TakeHelm helps you understand your health and training by bringing data from your wearables into a single dashboard. After creating your account, connect your devices from the Settings page to start seeing your data.
Currently supported integrations:
The connection method depends on the provider. Some integrations use the provider's official OAuth authorization flow, which redirects you to the provider's site to authorize access. When a provider does not offer the data through an OAuth flow, you may choose to provide login credentials or an access token. Those secrets are encrypted in a dedicated secrets vault and used only to establish and maintain the connection you requested.
TakeHelm uses connected services only to retrieve the supported health and fitness data needed for your account. It does not modify data in the provider's service. The connection screen identifies the method used before you connect.
To disconnect a service, visit Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to the provider. This revokes TakeHelm's access and removes the stored connection. You can also revoke access directly from the provider's own settings at any time.
Your data belongs to you. TakeHelm follows these principles across all integrations:
For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
TakeHelm integrates with Strava to display your activity history, training load trends, and sport-specific metrics (distance, duration, elevation, heart rate, power) alongside data from your other connected wearables.
We use Strava's official API with read-only OAuth access to retrieve your activities. We do not access your Strava social features, followers, clubs, segments, or routes.
You can disconnect Strava from TakeHelm at any time in two ways:
Either method immediately revokes TakeHelm's access to your Strava data. After disconnecting, you can contact support@takehelm.io to request deletion of any previously synced Strava data.
Use Settings to manage the account options available in your app. In the TakeHelm iOS app, you can initiate permanent account deletion from the Account deletion section in Settings. Deletion requests are processed within 45 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. A deletion request does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. For billing help or another way to request deletion, contact support@takehelm.io.
